TERMS OF SERVICE
By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.Clients who have commissioned and/or received works before this T.O.S has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.

| You, the client, will be expected to first read my Terms Of Service and understand my General Commission Prices. You may not claim my work as your own. You, the client, may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me. You may use the artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays. You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL USE ONLY (ie. NOT for sale). You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission. You are NOT authorized to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base“. |
| A R T I S T By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only. I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason. I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason (before I started it). |
| P A Y M E N T I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the payment transaction. Will only accept USD via Ko-fi or PayPal invoices as payment. You are responsible for making currency conversions. Other payment methods will be accepted only agreed upfront by the parties involved. It is expected for you to pay 100% of the price before I start sketching. No execptions unless otherwise discussed. If payment is not made in a timely maner (48hrs) after I’ve placed the invoice you will lose your slot and your commission will be cancelled. |
| A D I T I O N A L - F E E S If you have a deadline for your commission, this deadline must be mentioned prior to payment. (+30% fee). Privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission any where (+30% fee). You can request up to 3 minor changes in case I missed something from your original request or some detail is missing from your character. However I won't be fixing any mistakes caused by unclear references sent by the commissioner. In case you need more changes, there will be an extra charge (+20% each one). |
| R E F U N D S No refunds will be made after you've made your payment, unless for some reason I'm unable to finish your commission. Please be responsible and completely sure to make your purchase before commissioning me. |

| By sending payments to the account of the seller you understand and agree that you are buying an intangible service. |
| The intangibility of the service implies NOT requiring it to be physically sent through any type of postal courier company and this will be valid for the parties involved and PayPal. |
| The services offered are not refundable. The client accepts that their payment is a declaration of being satisfied with it and understands that the payment is irrevocable/non-refundable. |
| The client accepts that the seller is exempt from claims by this or any other means. |

| I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork. |
| NFT usage is strictly forbidden. |
| I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. I will send you a full resolution image, but my signature will remain on both the full resolution and smaller versions of the artwork. |
COMMERCIAL USE
If you, the client, wish to order a commission for commercial use, the total price of the commission (as well as any other royalties) will be agreed upon upfront.The minimum price increase 100% of the original price, meaning double the end sum. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.The following cases are considered commercial use:
Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately.
Use the drawing for advertising on banners, website, a personal site, business cards, etc.
Cover of a book, disk, etc.
Prints, stickers, clothes, etc.
